Probably my favourite of the Trek “reboot” movies, it's a toss up between this and the first one. I can tell you I was more than a little concerned when I first saw the trailer for this movie, but after seeing it on the big screen, I knew I had to own it the second it came out. It might not be the deepest or memorable Trek film, but it is SUPER FUN!!! Having this in 4k is an absolute must! The enhanced visuals & sounds blew me away!! I'm in like with this movie, A LOT.
Star Trek Beyond
The first leg of the USS Enterprise's five year mission takes them into uncharted territory. There the Enterprise is nearly destroyed and strands Kirk and his crew on a remote planet with no means of communication. Kirk must then work with the elements to reunite his crew and get back to Earth.
