While easily the most spectacular, impressive and beautiful Star Wars movie ever, it lacks a story that is consistent with the rest of the franchise and most characters are at best a caricature and at worst a complete betrayal of what made them compelling. The visually stunning backdrop has little to back it up and it gets worse with every re-watch. Everything that was set up in Force Awakens is discarded or ignored and doesn't give any pay off to the lore. The new characters are shallow and insipid and one dimensional. It's enjoyable to watch if you aren't that into star wars, but if you're a fan and you want to follow the saga, it's difficult to enjoy.

Excellent movie. Enjoyed the this movie very much. Excellent and plenty of action.
All the compelling characters and story line was lost in this movie and it became just a joke. Irrelevant movie. Disrespectful to the original.
I enjoyed the mix of dark and light throughout the movie. Particularly good was the use of the uncertainty of decisions and situations. You sort of knew but not exactly quite sure the whole way through. Really enjoyed it from the entertainment side of things. I felt is was another good step in the franchise. Great movie!
While still keeping within the overall story arc, the new director (and writer) departs radically from some of the standard, heroic themes we've come to expect from Star Wars. This results in a very different Star Wars story, which is unsettling for some, but sets a new hard-to-beat standard for this genre.
The Last Jedi acts as the equivalent to Empire Strikes Back for the new sequel trilogy. Genuine surprises around every turn that thankfully don't demonise the Star Wars legacy as much as some vocal haters would have you believe.
Mighty Ape did a fantastic job, however the movie itself is RUBBISH! Go watch Rouge One instead.
Quick and on time delivery. Price was ok.
