Stargate Atlantis Complete Series Box Set reviews

I got this on special but would totally pay full price. This is one of my all time favorite shows and having all five seasons on blu-ray is great. Just wish they'd bring it back

Loved Stargate Atlantis. I found it to be a great addition to the franchise and well worth the buy.

Also the menus are really cool, and are really helpful to get you exactly where you want to go in an episode etc.

If you are a fan of the Stargate SG1 series, then Atlantis is for you. Get this series on Blu-ray, it is WELL worth it!!

To bad they cancelled it for univers which destroyed the whole Star Gate franchise leading to another reboot

Its difficult to sum up 4 seasons of a show in one go, but I'll give it a shot.

The premiss of the show is fairly straightforward, and you would be forgiven for thinking that there aren't many story arcs available to the writers, but this is not the case and there are many good individual episodes and continuing plot lines across all 4 seasons.

Its a part of the Stargate Universe that stands up on its own and is well cast with the main characters as well as a few appearances from well known faces from the other Stargate series.

All in all, its one of those series that I wished hadn't ended so abruptly and was allowed to run out the story to a more satisfying end.

The ending of season 4 is the only real downside really – and you can tell it was one of those last minute ‘the show got cancelled and we'd better end it somehow’ moments which doesn't do the rest of the series justice.

Well worth watching and owning though.

I am a huge fan of Stargate SG1 I honestly thought Stargate Atlantis would of been lame, but was I wrong! it was absolutely brilliant I wished they kept this series running longer! great stories with a great cast of actors. By far the best Stargate series! Thanks Mighty Ape for making it possible to purchase these shows at a great price and of course the fast delivery service.

Long wait to buy it on blu – ray, season 1&2 good Season 3,4,5 great and got a great deal on it.

Wife is a huge fan! Great to find this little gem.

If you enjoyed SG1 you will love this modern spin off series, the characters are strong, the wraith are a believable antagonist species and you will spend hours watching this.

Was great on TV,even better on DVD but wow Blu-ray is outstanding crisp & clear picture/sound a must for Stargate fans or anyone into great Sci-Fi.

Great value for your money

Once again Mighty Ape have done it again for me, I could not pass up the chance to buy this superb series on blu ray at what i can only say was absolutely incredible value for money, so a big high five to the Monkeys.

It is an awesome box set in blu-ray and cheap. Would recommend to any syfy lover. I love all syfy

We can't get Stargate on BluRay yet, but best to make a start on stargate atlantis. Twenty discs for this price, you do the math, add it to the rest of your stargate collection
