One man contends for great and bold - another for gentle and moderate innovations one is urgent for a limited - another for a numerous body of electors; fome are for rooting out every remnant of the feudal fyfiem, and extir pating all votes on fuperiorities at once; whillt others afi'ert, that the law cannot now be materially altered, and that fuch votes ought {till to be retained under cer tain refiriclions.
