Ok so the Sensei is the best mouse I have ever used. It's by far the most customizable, in terms of buttons, CPI and more. As it says in the description above, you have complete control over your sensitivity, anywhere between 1 and 5,700 CPI. If your current mouse doesn't quite feel right, the Sensei will. I use this mouse for FPS games mostly, and it's never let me down. The SteelSeries engine that it uses is great as well, and comes with pro-gamer profiles if you want the settings they use. I always recommend the Sensei mouse to my friends, or, if they are a little cash-strapped, the Senei RAW mouse.

Not a bad mouse with good accuracy > the steel series gaming mouse is plug and play so easy to use though it's got a tendancy to easily go left and right while playing a PC game though it should be able to be fixed by buying a mouse bungee plus a good mousepad
I have used this particular mouse for a few years now and has never let me down, being a left hander it is harder finding a gaming mouse, but let me say now this mouse is great for left or right handers very comfortable to use and also I believe it is fairly priced … left handed gamers you do not have to look any further for a gaming mouse …
