The Journals of the first of these, ending in April, were published in the last volume of this series and this volume opens with the Journals of the second session beginning in November of that year. It also contains the Journals for the years 1819, 1820 and 1821. As formerly, the original text has been reproduced, obvious errors of the copyist only being corrected where such correction was unquestionably possible.
