The Art of Tai Chi is for health and Longevity; the Art of War is for War - Killing and Death. Book One is the way to Health while Book Two is the way to wage war. The Author combines these two books into one: The Art of Tai Chi vs. The Art of War. Book One is the Author's second book. His first book, The Art of Tai Chi: John Kong Tai Chi 100 Forms, was published in 2005. In this second book he shows the way how to develop your own Tai Chi style. Every Tai Chi doer can develop his/her style by following the steps stated in Chapter two. Chapter's 3, 4 and 5, are for the developers to study the theory of Tai Chi in order to have an individualized prefect style. In Chapter 1, Tai Chi Training is throughly examined and a formula is set out to explain the accumulation of CH'I. The formula is E=MCC (E is energy, M is mind and C is CH'I). Fifty Questions and Answers are in Chapter 6 and a Word List is porvided in Chapter 7. Book Two is Sun Tzu's the Art of War which is translated into simple modern English. Section 1 is about the author - Sun Tzu; Section 2 is about the translator - John K.H. Kong; Section 3 is the tranlsation. Section 4 is the Popular Quotations from Sun Tzu's statements.
