"The Color Code" Purchased on Mighty Ape

I found this book very interesting to discover why fruits and vegetable are different colours, as they all benefit the body in different ways and how eating a particular fruit or vegetable can dramatically give you more energy and improve you health tenfold. I spotted this book at a Blueberry Farm, read about Blueberries and see how good they are for you. A pleasant surprise at the back of the book to see recipes for producing great food. I am so glad I bought this book and I hope you get a copy and enjoy it too!

Description

The simple premise behind this revolutionary new book is that the natural pigments that give fruits and vegetables their colour can protect our bodies too. Combining their expertise in aging and nutrition, a leading scientist and an outstanding physician show readers how to prevent the most common age-related illnesses through a simple multi-coloured eating plan. For generations parents have been telling children to eat their fruits and vegetables - now The Color Code finally tells us why.
