Her comprehensive experience within business development is primarily obtained through assignments within strategic leadership, business - and competence development in both industry - and educational organisations. Her personal strengths are: strategic innovation and development; analytical and performance focus; and employment of leadership and coaching competences. Educational Background: She did her MBA from Henley in 1999 and a Master's Degree within Accounting and Finance in 1981.
