Mrs. Tove Brink is an accomplished and experienced business manager, consultant, speaker, author and senior management trainer with highly analytical and pragmatic skills. Tove Brink is an excellent facilitator, with twenty-five years experience gained in line and staff positions in medium and large organisations in Denmark in very different sectors, ranging from industry to business schools and ranging from local to global companies. Her comprehensive experience within business development is primarily obtained through assignments within strategic leadership, business - and competence development in both industry - and educational organisations. Her personal strengths are: strategic innovation and development; analytical and performance focus; and employment of leadership and coaching competences. An important part of the work is the integration of management, employees and other knowledge-resources in fulfilling the objective of profitable sustainable growth. Educational Background: She did her MBA from Henley in 1999 and a Master's Degree within Accounting and Finance in 1981.
