Yummy looking recipes I will say but I also bought the 5:2 diet cookbook by the people who researched and developed the diet and the whole idea is that you have no carbs on restricted days as well as various other restrictions based on your weight etc. This book seems to have missed the no carb part and a lot of the recipes are very carb based and not much use for the true 5:2 diet. They just seem to have missed the actual idea behind the diet.
