But it is something which should come from within, a germ, a seed of Divine origin, having in it life and the power to germinate just as soon as the conditions are favorable for its growth and expansion. The whole earth is filled with the seeds of rare plants and flowers which may lie dor mant for centuries. But, with the necessary climatic changes, resulting in the proper pro portions of light, heat and moisture, these awake and come forth with a new glory to beauty, and gladden the heart of man and proclaim the Majesty and Power of the Cre ator.
