Description

"The Hershberg Diet" is based on scientific and mathematical principles. Because most people only recognize three macronutrients - protein, carbohydrate, and fat - the identification of the fourth macronutrient will change the way that you view food, eating and nutritional labels forever. The diets described herein are safe, healthy, enjoyable and sustainable for the long term and you'll notice results after the first week.Former athlete and fitness champion Dr Melissa Hershberg has compiled the most effective diet you'll ever try, teaching key, yet often overlooked nutritional concepts, and how they can simply be incorporated into busy lifestyles. When you eat for weight loss and general health, her balanced, safe and delicious diet plan allows you to eat as much as you need to feel full - and still lose weight. "The Hershberg Diet" contains easy, inspiring recipes and menus, plus strategies to employ so that nothing's ever off the menu, including bread, desserts, wine and beer. These diets are original, thought-provoking and backed by science, so you'll never follow an extreme diet again!
