I love horror films, and there is nothing better than those OMFG moments where you cant believe what your seeing but this.. Movies like this are the reason so many people hate horror films, this film is pure Sh*t, After all the hype i couldn't believe how bad the acting and the writing was.. There seems to be no story, no substance at all, the entire film is just sits on this one sick immature idea and wallows in it for an hour while nothing happens.. seriously i don't understand how this film even got made..

Horror fans, save yourselves 90 minutes of your life and go watch something decent..

This is not a good film. It using the “shocking” scenario to sell a film that is not well made, poorly acted and has very little substance to it. I couldn't find the content overly disturbing, because the set up is just too ludicrous. The thing that disturbed me about it the most is that someone gave these idiots money to make it (and a sequel!!!) when there are so many film makers with great stories to tell, who never get a chance. So, pass on this “film”, use the money to buy a film worthy watching and leave this in the slimy hole it climbed out of.

I went in to this thinking it would be gross but it turn out being over hyped and dumb. If you want a movie to shock you see a serbian film!!! (the uncut one)

This is a horrible disgusting movie, And really should be banned… This put me off food for 2 days and I stopped watching 3/4 of the way through. Im one who likes sick things like chopping off limbs and so on but this is not right.

All this talk about needing a bucket and it will make you gag etc… What a load of bull. I have a weak stomach and thought this was tame compared to what I have watched. Yea it's got some gross scenes but not spew bucket worthy.

so many people go on about how this movie is vulgar and should be banned. look up the review and if the plot “sickens” you then don't watch it, its as simple as that. its a good movie. i for one enjoyed it even though so many people didn't. stop crying and get a life.
