I have written this book because the Holy Spirit has shown me a missing link between what God has promised in His covenant with us and what we have been receiving. This missing link has happened because there has been a devastating lack of understanding of the call that is upon Jesus' ambassadors. Jesus said: "And as you go, preach, saying, 'The kingdom of heaven is at hand.' "Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give. Matt 10:7-8 (NKJ) Jesus also said in John 14:12, "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father." (NKJ) Let me show you the missing link in God's provisions and how we are called by God to be that link. J.D. pastors a growing church in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Born and raised in this same rural community, God has graced him with the "gift of helps" to minister to the saved and unsaved alike.
