Like the successful The Practical Joker's Handbook, this sequel is built upon contributions from Nyberg's fans submitted through his Web site. Of course, Nyberg has sifted through his warped fans' merciless suggestions to weed out the dangerous, the mean-spirited, and the potentially litigious. As Nyberg says in the book's introduction, it's only a good practical joke if "both parties (eventually) find humour in the prank."

Tim Nyberg is a graphic designer and an illustrator who, along with his brother-in-law, Jim Berg, created the enormously popular Duct Tape Book series and more than a decade of best-selling Duct Tape calendars.
