A self-help book like no other. This is not about throwing out all your stuff it's about changing the way you think about the things you care about…
Great read for anyone who feels like everything and everyone has taken a piece of your soul and made you feel empty.
Blunt, to the point, no wishy washy garbage. This book gets right to the facts and tells it like it is without painting a fantasy for you. Good read. Helped me but I have an open mind.
The author has managed to write a book dismissing self help books, that has in turn made me help my self. In a nutshell, he talks of understanding the value of rejection, the importance of taking responsibility of your own emotions and the impact of choosing good values over shitty ones. Read it, it will make you think and that's what matters.
This book gives an important insight to life and shines light on what true happiness is. Amazing.
Have read this twice now- great perspective on life!
This book has nothing of substance or value. It has a few phoney platitudes and dubious stories of “daring behavior” from the author. Nothing new here folks. The worst book purchase ever.
