My teenage daughter, who is not usually much of a reader, can't put this book down. She also has Kat's first book, but says this one is even better!!!

This book is TOTALLY AWESOME. Good inspiration for my own work. The best tattoo book I have read.

Everything is so good about this book right down to the cover.

I read this book purely for the fact that I love Kat's tattoo style. She irritates me quite a bit in the LA/Miami Ink series.. But after reading her book I've got a new found respect for her. I couldn't put it down!!

This book is quite possibly the first of it's kind as it catalogues a year in the life of Kat Von D of L.A. Ink fame and owner of Hollywood's High Voltage Tattoo each month as the calender rolls through we get insight to how the Tattoos she puts on others affect her, helping to draw strength, inspiration and sometime sadness from the tales of others and the art she places upon them. Tattooist now days deal with a much broader cross section of the public and it is really interesting to see how the artist is affected by this.

Good book for seeing what it's like to be on the tattooist side. Awesome photos and drawings. Kat really lets you in to her perspective.

I purchased this book for my brother for his birthday, he is a tattooist and a kat lover!! Anyway I gave him the book hoping that he would like it…well I may as well have been invisible once he took the wrapping off! He loved it (: thanks mighty ape!

Kat Von D has an amazing talent in tattooing, writing and photography.. This book catalogues many of her great designs and she captures the meaning behind every tattoo extremely well.. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

Kat is extremely generous, sharing and honest. I treasure my Kat Von D book collection!!!
