It took me a couple of watches to enjoy this movie to the extent I currently do, not to mention Thor 2 helped it along in my mind. Too much Earth and not enough Asgard and for a movie based on a comic book there's very little in the ways of action and far, far too much unnecessary dialogue. However the actors are brilliant and make you believe in most of the story, hence my highly rated review and despite some of the plot holes there is lots of fun, and hilarious moments that easily make this a re-watchable movie.
