I'm super average in the kitchen and there is definitely a recipe for every possible occasion in here.

Just be aware that if you have no idea about Thug Kitchen prior to buying this that every recipe is meatless. Its not an entirely vegan cookbook but comes damn close. So if you're a meat eater and you are desperate to substitute the proteins in some of the recipes but you're not sure how, you may want google nearby. Otherwise this is a seriously good addition to the kitchen.

Great recipes but beware…American chilli powder must be milder than NZ…or they are way tougher than me…2 tablespoons of chilli powder in their enchilada sauce recipe- I put 1.5 teaspoons and that was plenty

I have tried some of the recipes in this book. I will be adding the Enchilada recipe to my weekly meal plan. The use of language is a bit of a gimmick, but if you look past that it is a very good cookbook with clear instructions.

The “Almond Caesar Salad with Homemade Croutons” and “Moroccan Spiced Couscous” are nice and I will make them again.

I tried the “Crispy Millet and Peanut Butter Buckeyes” they didn't quite look like the picture and the millet was too crunchy. Next time I will leave out the millet and put in chopped dried apricots.

I would recommend this book to anyone who is trying to make food without any animal products.

I brought it for my granddaughter who has just gone flatting and is vegetarian, she loves it & cooks from it regularly, once purchased ‘I’ had to get past the language

It's good to be different. This cook book is certainly that. Vegan food never really appealed to me until I tried the meals in this. Bursting with flavor! Amazing

If you want to start eating more veggies, don't eat meat, or need some vegan inspiration definitely try this book! Great recipes and the knowledge pages are quite helpful for everyday cooking. Definitely recommend.

This is weird. Its like they learnt street talk so they can make lazy people eat healthy. I like it haha

This cook book is full of easy and nutritious recipes. My favourite at the moment is the baked tofu which is the most delicious way you could eat the stuff. The swearing is funny at first, and then just a little distracting but regardless this would make a great gift for anyone, especially those of the vegan inclination

Great, fun recipes. I bought it as a gift for my dad and he loved it – maybe more for the crude humour but I'm sure, come summer, I'll see him experimenting with the various recipes. Will have to translate some of the Americanism but overall a great purchase.

Not for the anti-cuss brigade. F**k'n awesome recipes tho'. I love the fact that it brings together squeaky clean vegetarianism ideals with a right royal gobful of swearing and sarcasm. Yeah.
