I like how this is broken down into 4 segments so you don't need to do the whole lot at once.

Hard work and you build up a sweat. As opposed to her mat workout, feel like you're doing a bit more cardio. Thigh and butt workouts are a killer and she goes really deep into the abs. Not an easy workout but well worth putting in the stamina for! Only negative for me is the background music, doesn't really get you going but then nice to see she counts each rep. Helps to know how close you are to the end of each segment.

Brillant workouts. Definitely feel the muscles after these workouts.
