The headset itself is amazing for its price, but it is highly amusing to see the eggtray-like boxing that the headphones are placed in. I understand that it protects the headset but I own many gaming headsets and they have better boxing, by using foam and whatnot. I hope the Turtle Beach company will do something about this.
Decent sound and functions well, low quality and break easily, great sound but low quality
Too lazy to read: 4/5 stars, would recommend.
Overall I am very happy with the product and would recommend it. I agree with the previous review that mentioned the packaging seemed fairly bundy however my product works fine so it clearly protected the product fine. I had two very minor issues and this is why it doesn't get a five star rating.
- – The setup instructions were not very clear (for PC / laptop). This was my first gaming headset and it took about 30 mins to setup and tinker with settings. Probably just me being stupid but clearer instructions would have helped.
- – The cord is so damn long. Like literally metres and metres long. It just annoys me because it drags on the floor and I am paranoid about running it over with office chair and damaging the cord.

Image is nice, the feels is nice but the sound doesn't impress me at all. There is very little bass when gaming and/or listening to music on Pc and ps4. The treble is perfect. I have played around with equalisers to boost the bass but the headphones just won't pump it out. I have a $20 headset that sounds a lot better than these. So unfortunately I am only giving a 2 star rating.
