Finally after being lied to by Turtle Beach I can finally use my Px51 headset with my PS4 now its the best head set ever.

The cable didn't come in a nice packaging like in the picture, but instead it was in a plastic wrapping.
And it doesn't work with my PX5 no matter how much I tried…
Tried every possible methods that was on the internet and still didn't work.
$20 wasted.

The Turtle beach chat cable sold by Turtle beach has a separate volume controller. I had assumed this would be the same as it was advertised online in original packaging (the received cable came in a plastic unbranded bag). For the price if I had known I would have purchased the genuine one direct. It does work which is good but so does my old Blackberry audio cable :-/
I have a Turtle Beach XP500 and the cable works flawless. The quality of the cable good.
