Karla Jean Husby, James Henry Avery's great-great-granddaughter, lives in Marysville, Washington. Eric J. Wittenberg's many books include Glory Enough for All (Brassey's, Inc., 2001), Little Phil (Brassey's, Inc., 2002), and The Union Cavalry Comes of Age (Brassey's, Inc., 2003). He lives in Columbus, Ohio.
