I ordered Underbelly Season One from MightyApe and was very pleased with the whole process. The shipping took longer than I had expected so I got in touch with a staff member with a few questions. To my surprise the responses I received were very prompt and addressed all questions raised. Exceeded my expectations,fantastic, a must view ***** :) looking forward to the next season
In previous reviews I've written, I've given Americans a bit of a hard time… And this review will be no exception. I LOVE Australian crime dramas! They are so refreshing in their take of life, in general. Even with all the weird things that happen in this story… Hitmen gunning down parents in front of their children, audacious ‘shoot 'em up’ scenes, and colourful characters like ‘Mad Rich’ Mladenovich – the Australians have told this story in such a way that you find it entertaining – even funny. And that's not always a good thing I know, but I must say I am tired of the constant TV diet of American drama, and everyone is always in a crap or sarcastic mood! Bravo Australia for telling a shocking story in a way where the good guys win, and you love the good guys as much as the bad guys! Truly clever story telling…
Police characters not as well developed as that of the criminals, but overall well put together drama
Certainly conveys hte enormiyt of the problems of crime and how futile the lives of these thugs really is
Underbelly tells the true story behind the crime wars in Aussie. This series is based from 1992–2004. Fantastic action packed, informative series. Highly Recommend.

Very entertaining and different, I missed the first two seasons and have been watching the third. I then bought the first two and have just started on the next.
What a great tv show. Started to watch this show and I had it finished in 2 days. One of the best I have seen in a long time. Really shows what happened in the Melbourne drug scene.
If you enjoyed the tv version then you will love uncut version. This is so much better. It was so good I had to watch the whole series within a couple of days. Make sure you have plenty of spare time to watch as it is hard to stop once you get started.
