No one has done the real-time strategy game better than Blizzard. The sales numbers and staggering amount of gamers on battle.net speak for themselves. Cases can be made for C&C, the Homeworld games, Dark Reign, and Ground Control but in the end there has only been one title that captures the hearts of so many gamers – Craft. Be it WarCraft or StarCraft, its fans are legion, rabid and completely loyal. Zerglings would be a good name for them, come to think of it.

Enjoyable, works well. I like warcraft as a whole,pity it all went online only.
Easy to get into but challenging to play. Great fun.
I would recomend finishing it before frozen throne.
I got this and Frozen Throne expansion because of:
1. the price (about $16ea) and
2. I remembered enjoying it a decade ago and
3. the reviews for Frozen Throne expansion (which needs original game to run)
were impressive. I didn't realise until it arrived that it includes the MAC
versions on disc too!!! Big BIG bonus for me as I've been looking for some games
for my new 13" macbook pro. This works really well at 1280×800 (TIP: make sure
to enable “open using Rosetta” in the “Warcraft III.app” show info
pane – to view the cut scenes) Its still a great game – very enjoyable
with some funny momments
