Bought this together with a starter set and I was good to go when it arrived. The paints were all fluid and the tools are a nice addition. I would still recommend a pair of god hands if you want that really smooth cut and less sanding. But for the price of the paints alone this is a great deal.
Worth getting if you’re new to the hobby
Whilst it doesn't have every single colour that you need for fine detailing it does have enough to get by and the cost for the number of paints is fantastic. The tools are a nice addition but the brush is not fine enough for the smaller details like eyes.
