"The RPG we really wanted on Switch"
5 stars"

Fantastic game. The RPG elements, combat, character progression are all top notch. Heaps of customisation, a million things to grind. I especially love the RNG method of finding new Blades. If you got bored with Zelda having no character development, levels, skills, other party members, breaking weapons, then this game will blow you away. The english accents are also quite hilarious – I expect every other character to say “u wot m8-”.

"So much to say, such little space"

I'll be honest and say I haven't played a lot of JRPG's so wouldn't call myself a fan of them, or even know much about them. Regardless, I absolutely loved this game! I'm the type of person who usually doesn't pay much attention to cutscenes, but XC2 had me engaged throughout its entire story with great character development. I thought I knew what I was doing with combat and having fun, until 20 hours in when I realised I had been doing blade combos completely wrong! Once I learned my mistake, combat was made even better! There's plenty on offer in this game and you definitely get your money's worth. My only gripe is that it looks terrible in handheld, but a game this epic deserves to be played docked anyway. Check it out!

"Best story of the trilogy"

Purchased on Mighty Ape

Out of all the Xenoblade games on the Switch this one appealed the most to me. XC3 characters are flat and lifeless, whereas Rex, Nia, Morag and the rest are better fleshed out. The graphics are amazing, shows what can be done when designing a game engine specifically for the Switch hardware.

Been wanting this game for a long time. Bought it with Torna The Golden Country and totally blown away with the story and combat system. Thank you Mighty Ape for the fast delivery.
