My kids (age3–7) all grasp the concept of the eyes opening and the different screen colours. They have been staying in their room reading books till the alarm goes off. They love the ‘bahh’ sound alarm. Subconsciously they are starting to sleep later than usual as they know they can't come out. There's a few niggly bits like having to set the sleep time every night and find the buttons quite stiff. I would definitely buy this product again.

Excellent for child learning as digital and analogue. Sleep training function was immediately understood by my 3 year old. Made day light savings a breeze. Have to close eyes each night but it remembers wake up time so not too hard. Cant actually set open and close eyes times.
Family back to sleep ;-)
This worked well for us at first then my kid just started getting up out of bed again and didnt care about the clock. He was just playing with it at first especially trying to open the eyes, then lost interest and came out of bed. Maybe better for older kids over 5 or so. But it is quite a nice clock for what it does and we still use it for our kids bed time clock. Just did nothing for sleep patterns for us.
Don't put batteries in it if your going to run it from the wall or it has a meltdown and you have to reset it with a pin.
It was a present so it's hard for me to give a review
Very happy with this product. My 2 year old son understood very quickly the concept and now stays in bed until Sam's eyes are open. Product does what is states. Only negative is that the buttons to operate it are a bit clunky but you become accustomed to it.
My son now get up on time instead few hours early!
Grandchildren have gone from waking at 4.30am to 7.00am thanks to Sam!
