This is an awesome DVD, it is really fun to do and in ten minutes you can work up a sweat. It has some cool dance moves that make it really enjoyable.
It takes a couple of times to get the moves down but I have really noticed a difference in my energy and co-ordination when doing the workout.
It is set up so you can pick one workout to do, or you can programme the ones you want to do. Because each workout is only ten minutes it is really easy to fit one workout a day in.
This DVD is good if you want to learn some dance moves while exercising. This DVD is so much fun I want to do it everyday. This is the first time I really have found something I really look forward to doing each day.
