Description

The theory goes that humiliation, Total Humiliation, is the only state from which True Enlightenment can be achieved. An exponent of this dictum, author Fiona Bowron, shows us how we have been approaching the Enlightenment problem from entirely the wrong angle. We have followed the lifestyle gurus in pursuit of the impossible goal of achieving an ordered and organised life. She shows us a better, quicker way to the subjugation of the Ego, through the dedicated pursuit of Humiliation at work, in our relationships, through our hobbies and on the bus - anywhere, in fact, where we are in the public view.

Author Biography

Fiona Bowron lives in chaos with her husband and two children. She is working hard to instruct her family in the Ways of Humiliation and makes a point of humiliating herself at least once a day. She does not teach seminars, has not instructed any celebrities or politicians and does not live in Connecticut. (She lives in Middlesbrough, Cleveland.)
