Our workforce has grown increasingly analytic and technologically savvy. And most notably, in less than two months, two of the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives were removed from the list. On May 1, Osama bin Laden was killed by U.S. forces, not only closing a chapter in the 9/11 terror attacks but yielding valuable new intelligence in the global effort to end violent extremism. And on June 23, notorious Boston mobster James 'Whitey' Bulger was captured by FBI agents in California following a far-reaching public information campaign.
