These are practical, real-life tips. I have interviewed over 20 world-class athletes, coaches, IRONMAN triathletes, ultra-marathoners and doctors to explain, in the Indian context, how they thought, avoided mistakes and became better runners. Also, some chapters are more detailed than others depending on relevance of the topic.
