It isn't desired for the most part, nor is it predominantly welcome. It is however, a part of every existence. Learning how to deal with death and loss is a part of life that nobody ever looks forward to, and is considered undesirable. Moreover, it is never a pleasant experience to endure. In order to better deal with such things as death and loss, it is also necessary to better understand them, and this understanding will help you to find a way to adjust to the adverse conditions often accompanying death and loss.
