Jane Murfitt is a journalist, food writer and home economisy whose credits include Good Housekeeping, Homes and Gardens, House Beautiful and Taste. She has written over twenty cookbooks, including Cakes, Children's Party Food and The Book of Christmas Food. Louise Pickford began her career as a food stylist and recipe developer. She has contributed to many of the best-known lifestyle and consumer magazines and has a special interest in cake decorating and baking.
