This is a 90 day 120 page (6x9) mood and activity tracking journal. This is meant to be used as a counselor's tool for their therapeutic toolbox. Great for buying and "gifting" to your clients or buying for your practice and making copies. This will help your client visual see their daily mood and write about the events that day they may have impacted them.-This will help client with becoming aware of how different events effect their daily lives. -It will help the counselor or therapist by being able to have the client bring the journal in with them during a session and view it. -Great for a "re-call" tool. -This journal also tracks daily active/fun activities and a mood scale for how your client felt after the activity. -This is a great tool to visually support that exercising helps improve your clients' health and overall mood. -This is also a great tool to introduce when discussing emotional intelligence with your client. -Anything visual will help be a reinforcer and help the overall client/therapist relationship. A current intern student, I made this for me to use with my clients and I love providing it for them and I hope this is a useful and practical tool for you to use in your practice as well.
