I was challenged by my psychiatrist to write this, and in a very short time, wrote the short story of my life steeped in my struggle with psychosis, a dark path I had to walk, both chained and free, the warm sunrise beyond the horizon, with nothing but the cold moonlight behind me, realizing medicine is the one thing that will let me just be.
