Un Homme Presse
Alain (Fabrice Luchini, In The House) is a respected businessman and a brilliant speaker. He has no place for recreation or family in his life. One day he has a stroke which stops him in his tracks and brings home deep memories. Jane (Leila Bekhti, Paris I Love You), a young speech therapist, is in charge of his rehabilitation. Through a lot of patience and hard work, Jeanne and Alain get to know each other and, in their own way, finally begin to rebuild themselves and take the time to really live.
“Luchini's indelible turn goes a long way, making for a virtual one-man-show that can be both funny and emotional, even if the character he plays is a total corporate snob.” - Hollywood Reporter
“With humor and irony… the film proposes a more than lucid view about the dehumanization of capitalism and the renewed need to be loved.” -Cinemanía (Spain)
