It features sections that include stories to bring the era alive, like the martyrdom of Polycarp, Antony in the desert, and the Reformation martyrs. It consists of 10 sections: After the Apostles; Conversion of the Empire; Celtic Fringe; Middle Earth; Eastern Promise; Reform; Dissenters; The Machine Age; The Modern Age; and, Emergence.
Author Biography
KEVIN O'DONNELL is an Anglican priest who was an RE teacher both before and after theological training at St Stephen's House, Oxford. Before returning to parish ministry in 1999 he was chaplain at Heathfield School, Ascot. He is the author of a number of RE text books and contributor to others.
