More recently he has competed in The Race Across America (a 3000 mile cycle race), in 2007, 2008 & 2009 where he finished 6th overall in 10 days & 20 hours with a total of only 13.5 hours sleep! Business Experience Jim is a Co-Founder of The Long and the Short Of It, a company that focuses on maximising potential at individual, team, and organisational level, working with many organisations across the world. In the past 16 years, Jim has been working with CEO's and their teams running alignment workshops to ensure that they are more cohesive as a team working together.
