Author Biography:

Lisa learned at an early age that there is no reward without some risk, especially in matters of the heart. Her characters also traverse this oftentimes bumpy road. Family, friends, and former students can attest to Lisa's devotion to those she loves. Just as a song or photo will bring her right back to a poignant memory, so do her stories. She not only rereads treasured titles by favorite authors, but she also rereads her own books-and yes, she cries and laughs along with her characters each time.To no surprise, reading has been a lifelong joy for Lisa.
