Jacqueline Carr is a native of Trinidad and Tobago. She attended college in the USA, having received her BBA from Pace University, New York and her MA from the University of Phoenix, Arizona. Ms. Carr is also a certified Paralegal. Ms. Carr formerly worked as a part-time Adjunct Instructor at York College - City University of New York (CUNY). She is a freelance contributor for East County magazine in San Diego California. Ms. Carr is a member of Toastmasters Int'l and has received the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award, the highest award given to members who have completed communication and leadership tracks within the Toastmaster's Int'l Organization.
