Joy loves Sunday School and church. But there is one aspect that she could do without, and that's The Review. After the Sunday School lesson, students stand in the front of the congregation and give an overview of what they have learned. Joy sweats under pressure but endures The Review, only later to realize that she really needs to apply what she learned. Joy wants to pray without ceasing and finds it harder than she imagined. Prayer gets her into trouble at home, with her friends, and even at school. She catches her mom in a fib, attempts to make an unwilling friend pray, and is given an office referral by the cafeteria monitor for praying.
