Cards are physically very thin, not robust enough for playing cards.
These cards are well made and will hopefully last well in use. They are also well marked for Canasta, but the box is not a good storage receptacle. There should be some kind of division to stop the two halves merging into each other and distorting the container. The edition of the Rules of Canasta included is well done and much better than some. It is the Classic Rules, not the other kind which are sometimes called the Modern American Rules.
Love this game, my 13year old daughter picked it up just like that. Recommend it for the whole family.
