John Strang is Professor of the Addictions and Directorof the National Addiction Centre, University of London. He is alsoClinical Director of the addictions treatment services at the SouthLondon & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. Peter M Miller is Professor of the Department ofPsychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Medical University ofSouth Carolina. He is Editor-in-Chief of the journal, AddictiveBehaviors.
