Paul Woods is the Founder of Adopt & Embrace. Adopt & Embrace is focused on helping people get their day back through sustainable, relevant, and focused adoption of Microsoft 365 that results in real business outcomes. Adopt & Embrace was announced as a 2018 Microsoft Global Partner of the year after just 2 years and 9 months in operation, which follows being a Microsoft Australia Partner of the Year in 2016 after just 9 months of operation. Before staring Adopt & Embrace in 2015 Paul had various marketing and management roles at a major Australian Microsoft Partner, and was a Technology Specialist at Microsoft Australia. He recently completed research as part of the Work/Industry Futures Research Program at the Queensland University of Technology focused on technology enabled mobile work, and the porosity of work/life borders; and has been a member of the teaching team at the QUT Business School for Strategic Management, and Negotiation Across Borders. Awarded Microsoft's Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award 10 times, Paul is a regular speaker at community-based events, and at regional and global Microsoft Conferences like Microsoft TechEd, Microsoft Ignite: The Tour, and Microsoft Inspire. Helen has a passion for enabling people to learn beyond the traditional tools. She believes in the power of networks and communities supported by social tools that drive collaboration, meaning and engagement in the work. Helen believes that the "learning is the work and the work is the learning" - the tools are instruments that enable us to connect with peers who can inspire us with fresh new ideas so that we can apply them into our own personal or professional contexts. Benjamin started off life as an engineer, completed a psychology major, went to work for a bank, ran a SaaS start-up, and now combines all those experiences to help people use technology more effectively at work. His journey into the Microsoft world started as a citizen developer with Yammer apps, after becoming interested in the social networking tool. He has since been invited to speak at Build 2019, Microsoft's premier developer conference, about a Teams app he developed which used artificial intelligence to organise team coffee orders.
