Adult education has deep connections with employment contexts. Author Biography:

Regina Egetenmeyer is Professor of Adult and Continuing Education at the University of Würzburg/Germany. Monica Fedeli is Associate Professor of Teaching and Learning Methods in Adult Education at the Università degli Studi di Padova/Italy.
