Author Biography:

Gary Paul Nabhan is a MacArthur "Genius Grant" Award–winning ethnobotanist and literary naturalist. He lives in Patagonia, Arizona. David Suro Pinera is a restaurateur and founder of the Tequila Interchange Project. He lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
