Not your fault but I found the Airfix model very taxing! With 63 parts in a model not much bigger than my hand, the size of some of the parts and the decals are finer than a pinhead. The model relies on minute ‘pins’ slotting into minute apertures in adjacent parts which bend at the slightest touch. Once bent the next thing is they break off without any effort! This happened a dozen times, mostly because the apertures were too fine to accommodate the pins! The cockpit clear plastic in three parts were very brittle and snapped at the slightest pressure when attempting to be slotted into the shape required. I gave up and made a new one with more pliable clear plastic I had – but not so authentic. Never mind, my young great grandson won't know the difference! Michael
