Thomas A. Morehouse is Professor of Political Science at the University of Alaska's Institute of Social and Economic Research in Anchorage. Gerald A. McBeath is Professor and Head of the Department of Political Science at the University of Alaska in Fairbanks. Linda Leask is a research associate at the University of Alaska's Institute of Social and Economic Research in Anchorage.
