Wasn't sure whether to buy this new Jean Michel Jarre album as I am tireing of the same Jarre sound. Granted his last couple of albums were a break from his typical sound due to being collaborations with other artist. But somehow they were still that Jarre sound. Amazonia however seems to break away from that. It is an album consisting of beautiful soundscapes that draw you into the amazon. Put the album on, close your eyes and you will almost see yourself floating down the mighty river. An album that really shows any artist can break out of their mould. Buy this album.
